The saber uses an MR Anakin Skywalker soundboard, 4-AA batteries, has a recharge port for recharging NiMH batteries in the saber, an accent led that comes on when the saber is activated, and has a bin 4 Amber Luxeon III led. Blade is an UltraEdge I built myself.

Looks great!
I love the look of this one!

In real person, is the amber bin 4 more to the Yellow or Orange end of the spectrum?

Thanks guys! This isn't the first ne I've done with an orange or yellow blade, BS-13 was a white P4 that had a few color discs, one of which was Lee's "Millenium gold" whch produced a very orange lopking blade. One of the other was called "Deep straw" and that was definitely yellow! This bin 4 is a nice orange, with just a hint of yellow. I have a bin 6 Amber here that was much more orange looking than that bin 4 was.

The speaker vent is a piece of aluminum screen repair patch with some black foam behind it.

Well, then you need to do some more reading on the forums, I guess.....but basically the bin code is the color shade of the led...it's printed on the back of the Luxeon star's with the model numbers.
