Ok, so I decided to make my own lightsaber, and I need some help with it.
Basically, I've limited myself to two choices.
The first, which is my personal favorite, has less space than the second.

Here are the parts for the two designs:

Lightsaber 1:

Screw on LED Blade Holder Style 8
MHS Choke Style 1 Short
MHS Ribbed Extension V-Grooved
3 Inch Double Female Threaded Connector
MHS Gear
MPS Pommel 3 v2
MPS Insert Style 6

Lightsaber 2:

Screw on LED Blade Holder Style 8
MHS Choke Style 1 Short
Double Threaded Hilt Style 3
MHS Gear
MPS Pommel 3 v2
MPS Insert Style 6

I want to know if what I want in my lightsaber is going to fit in Lightsaber 1, or Lightsaber 2 for that matter.
Also, I have an Idea of how to do so, but I'm not 100% sure as to how to wire it, or if it'll even work with this equipment.
This is the List of the things that will be added (this applies to both hilts)

Luxeon III/V Lens Holder
Luxeon Collimator Lens 5 deg viewing angle
Luxeon III Star
DPDT Latching blue illuminated switch
Activation box style 4
MHS sound/speaker/battery combo
2.1mm Power Jack

(The location of the illuminated switch: Lightsaber 1 - Center of the 3 Inch Double Female Threaded Connector / Lightsaber 2 - at the location of the switch hole on the Double Threaded Hilt Style 3)

So my questions are...

Will this all fit in Lightsaber 1?
Will this all fit in Lightsaber 2?
Is there anything I'm missing in the list?
How well will these all work together?
What, if anything, can be changed to improve the performance of these parts?
What can be done to get the brightest blade color?
URGENT: Could someone make a wiring schematic for these parts in my lightsaber? (Keep in mind that the lightsaber is rechargeable)

first that i see you are missing a charger and charger adapter to work with the recharge port, second, all of your questions have been asked and answered many times here, it is most advisable to read thouroghly for weeks or months before attempting a build, you will gain all the knowledge that you seek/need by searching and reading, not by demanding urgent schematics and help, you also are jumping right to an ultrasound board, and for someone new you should probably start with just a stunt saber (lights up but no sound) and work your way up to sound, and then more expensive sound, your order as you have it would be several hundred dollars and it would be a shame to mess something up and be out that money

Although you won't learn much from this you could ask one of the members to assemble either of the sabers for you, I'm sure many of them would love to help you.

My suggestion is that you should drop the ultrasound and use a hasbro economy board. I think that that will make great practice for me and/or you, before I and/or you risk destroying and/or mutilating a expensive soundboard

P.S. love and/or appreciate the blue PC choice ;)

this may sound kinda noobish, but how do you get the blade on the mhs saberbuilder? i noticed that you had an orange blade on your saber. I'm kinda new to this whole saber thing

You mean like this:

Or this?

There used to be a way to do that in the Saber Builder, but I don't know where that option is, anymore. Unless it wasn't in the MHS Builder.

You probably have to do it yourself using something like Paint, or a better photo editing program, now.

Blade option is only available at http://www.saberbuilder.com/

It used to be in the MHS Builder, I believe, but it was taken off to stop n00bs asking: "I had a blue blade in the MHS builder, but I only see clear ones in the store. What's wrong?"

Not joking. At least that's what I heard, anyway. Yeah, some people really don't know what's going on.....:-?
