This was my first attempt at designing a Canon/screen accurate saber. Unfortunately I can't take credit for the machine work as I don't have access to a lathe. But rest assured I am capable lol.

in case my rendition has lost the overall look it is a Kyle Katarn V.1 saber. I am now aware that the design is not as accurate as it could be. Unfortunately the picture I had to work from was a blurry scanned pic from a comic (tiny picture)

But the end result is good enough for the client.

Great sabers. What kind of grip material is on the saber in the 4th pic?

Believe it or not but that is a simple cricket bat grip lol, it was a cheap way of us doing grips without them peeling off. Now that I can het the grips from Tim’s shop I will change the grips from time to time.

You did a great job wrapping it. Do they slide at all?

The grip is actually a rubber grip you can by for $8. It is painfully hard to get it onto the saber...both physically and metaphorically. But the end look is quite good. Thanks for the comments guys.
