A few people have asked me about the PVC overlay that I used in my Ultima Muerte sabre with Plastidip sprayed coating.
The PVC is thin-walled, 1.25", 160 psi. It is not the regular PVC you think of. Although you can find it at Lowes/Home Depot. When you're at the store, pick up a 1.5" sinktube and test fit it to the PVC before you buy it.
Also, if you coat the PVC in any way, don't coat the inside as it fits snug over the sinktube. If you do coat it, you can design the PVC with a split down the length and pry it open a bit to slip the PVC in place.
Another note: Can anyone help me. I can't seem to figure out how to put a picture in my forum signature. All I get is the picture link. Do I click on an icon first or what do I do. Please someone help me.
