Ordered stuff for my first build

Ok, I've been lurking around and posting long enough it's time for me to put up or shut up. I have been buying supplies a little bit at a time and this evening placed the final order that will lead to my first saber build.

I'm planning to make the hilt from a 1.25" sink tube with a small amount of Dremmel work on it. Blade will be PEX, LED will be Royal Blue K2 with 5 degree optics and will be direct driven by 4 AAA batteries and a resistor. I will probably also be wrapping the hilt with some Faux Suede or leather.

I have added a picture of my Dremmel overlay to get things started. More updates will come as I proceed in the project.

Quick Update:

Ok, I got my blade holder, LED and, optics and optic holder in today from Tim. I'm very impressed with the tight tolerances of the product. Just have a few more items I'm waiting on to come in and I should be able to get started.

Pretty good actually, each of my fingers fits between a pair of grommets... I wish I could say it was by design but it was purely random that it came out that way.
