You can also get the 10 degree lens from the store for the Lux III/V and K2, plus the heatsinks are designed for the Lux III/V and K2s. Plus with the star/o board being at 25 mm (1 3/8" or 1.375") it would not fit inside the MHS hilt without modification. Inside the MHS hilt is 1.25".

Star/O LEDs are what were originally used to make Luxeon sabers. Now they have been made obsolete by IIIs, Vs, K2s, and Rebels, but you can still use them.
They have a square base, so you have to glue it on to the MHS heatsink with thermal epoxy.

I type in 35 mm instead of 25 mm in the conversion calculator. They are only .9843 inches and will easily fit. Sorry for the misinformation.

I realize that you may have already bought the Lux star-Os, but... in the future, steer clear of them--they are older technology, and not really the most ideal (anymore) for sabers. You're better off with a Luxeon III, and even if you were forced to drive @ ~350mA... the Lux III would still be a better overall choice.
