It says the max input voltage is something like 25v. What determines the output voltage? If I am feeding 11.1v to it, what should I expect my output voltage to be?

It regulates current....you can put in 5v,8v,10,20v..it will put out the same current.

Remember the board only puts out 1a, so I dont know if its going to drive them fully, I never did understand how to get them to to run at full lumens.

To get a Tri-rebel to run all 3 LEDs full time full brightness with a Corbin driver wire it in SERIES so that each LED gets the full 1 Amp [parallel will divide current so each will only get the minimum 350 milliamp]...of course that will require a higher voltage battery solution than parallel but which fortunately the Corbin V2 driver CAN handle.

How many volts will I need if I wire in series?

Well, you have a green Tri-Rebel, right? The forward voltage for one is 3.15, correct? Do the math....;)

It's good to have a little extra voltage for the sake of runtime so the 11.1V pack you mentioned is probably a good idea.

does this driver have adjustable setting?

If you are going to push it to ~1A, it will need slightly more voltage.

Meaning, if you want to run in series, ~10v would be good, and with a driver, 11.1v is great! :)
