Can I get that at Lowe's? If so, what size is the screw?

First thread of EL balde discussion... going to index it now.

Since I doubt you'll be buying EL wire locally why not buy it from here at the store?

<center>Read the FAQ (http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/sabers/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=552) or x-wing won't be happy. :(
Before posting did you check the Thread Index (http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/sabers/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=577)?

What X-wing said. If you can get it here, then do it to support Tim. Even if it is a little cheaper at Lowe's, you'll be doing your part to make sure everyone's favorite lightsaber site stays in business

Lowes doesn't have good looking set screws, Tims looks good on your hilt.

Another little bonus with getting the set screw in the blade from Tim is that he takes care of installing it as well so you get a tube that already has the set screw in a perfect spot. No guess work, totally worth it.

I doubt that I am Tim's best customer or anything but I try real hard to get everything I can here first, Tim's store is the first that I know of where you actually have a large selection, fair prices, a great forum for us to shoot ideas around and help each other out, and awsome tutorials all organized together. I could go on and on as I have a tendency to ramble but I think you get the idea.

I try to use a lot of Tim's stuff in my saber builds also, this is the only place that you can find a wide selection of parts, kits, blades and everthing else and the icing on the cake is tools.[8D]
It just doesn't get any better, now if those new mhs emitters were ready???????

I totally agree that this place is the bomb. But I was just wondering, 'cause it would be like a just in case thing. Just incase a screw breaks. Just in case I lose the screw. I would hate to have to fill out another order just for one little screw. But for the bigger stuff, yeah, this place rocks.[8D]

Always order a few extra screws just in case when you place an order

Always order extra! Ask Tim, I am the world's worst at making an order and then coming back and making another order. Probally drives him nuts but I get random thoughts and all the sudden I realize I need this or that.
