Does anyone else here watch LOST? It airs Wednesday nights at 9PM EST on ABC.

I think the show is deserving of its own thread. I made a thread on the paintball forum that I post on, during the first season, and its up to 66 pages already (20+ posts per page) and the show barely into season 2.

I've been watching the show since the first episode, and I've got to say, its probably the only prime time major network show out there thats actually worth watching.

For those of you that haven't seen it, you can buy season one on DVD. There are also tons of file sharing, torrents, and pod casts of the show available.

If there are any other LOST fans here, feel free to post your thoughts on the show. East coast folks, try not to post spoilers for our west coast folks. Well, until after the west coast airtime anyway.

LOST is awsome being 13 that is the only show my parents aprove of i fairly enjoy it. that last week episode wow the girl who was at the mentle shop with that guy seems like a nut case. i'm getting the season 1 soon

I can DL episodes too... But its nicer to watch them on the DVD's.

I've already gutted 2 of them. He doesn't mind, he's in love with his MHS saber.

As for DL'ing the DVD's, can you DL them with all of the special features and such? I like to hear the commentaries sometimes. Most of the DL's available are only the show per episode. I mean, I guess you could assemble the DVD's over a period of time, but who wants to do that? You'd have a hell of a time finding everything.

The DVDs are definitely worth the money... To me, anyway... [;)]

That would be interesting... I saw the episode. It was a suprise ending but a rather blah episode overall. It is neat to see all the characters meeting before the flight and all that though.

It seems so. Wife was half-watchin' waiting for her shows to come on at 8 (EST) and all the sudden she is hollerin' for me and all I have is a lot of red and then she shut down. When I did a quick check and fired it back up same thing red tube was pumping out the light and green and blue just seemed week. and then it shut down after a few seconds. The tubes were burning at a nice consistant rate and there was no obvious point of escape for the magic smoke. but it is less than a year old plus extended warrenties so the heck with probing around with a meter in there I am just going to call up and get them on it.

Called this morning, tech will be out on Sunday to fix it.
Can you believe they really work on Sunday? I was shocked.
Anyway, I may have to sell a saber or two to cover the cost of buying a second TV, only thing is I don't know what I would do with it after the Big MoHumma got workin' again.
When it was just the wife and I we had a TV on every floor of the townhouse now when the 13 incher crapped out about seven months ago or so we didn't worry about it. Strange....

I like the girl from Drew Carrey also... Her character really had alot of potential. I'm just bummed that they killed off Michelle Rodriguez, I've always thought that she was a lil cutie. Oh well...

I'm guessing that they will still have flashbacks with them though, there is too much going on in the plot for them to just completely cut the characters from the show.

There might be flashbacks. There will at least be hints of them. Like Sawyer in the last one.

Hurley is going to be one sad puppy.[:(] This whole Michael thing is going to be great. I love the show because it's all about the tease and foreshadow.

Well I called back on a hunch cause in all my service years I have NEVER done a Sunday. I don't know if the girl was new or what but she messed up. It seems that there is no service team locally so they need to call around to find someone to work on it. I love the irony in this since Richmond, VA is Circuit City's Headquarters and is where they started out[;)] So now I will have to wait up to 72 business hours to receive a call that they can set an appointment. So guys, it is up to you. I need a good summary of what happened on LOST and I am going to go TV shopping when the girls wake up and the boy gets home.

So far I am not liking what happened, I agree with devil about Michelle Rodriguez she's got that sassy thang goin on[;)]

Okay, <font color="red"><font size="6">SPOILER RIDDEN' SYSNOPSIS! BEWARE!</font id="size6"></font id="red">

This was an Anna Lucia episode. We learn that she had lost/quit her job and became a airport security worker. She randomly met a doctor "Tom" in the airport bar and offered to take her to the Sydney as a personal guard. Turns out he WAS a drunkard and just wanted company to commiserate with on his trip to find his daughter, of what I will assume was from a divorce or something similar.

Anna pulls him from starting a fight with the mother and they go off. He stops at a bar, enter Sawyer as person hit with car door as doctor exits, and they part ways doctor to random bar Anna back to hotel. Anna calls her mom and makes plans to return home. We know how that goes...

Back on the island, Henry tries to kill Anna. He tells Locke that he is one of the "good ones" and was ranting about how she killed two of the others. She goes to get a gun from Sawyer to kill Henry. She does... by sleeping with him.[:0]

When she goes to kill him she can't. Michael, now back, offers to do it. Ranting about how they're animals and stole his son. He turns around and says "I'm sorry." Shoots Anna. Libby walks in and is shot too. He then pulls the gun on himself in front of Henry. Episode ends...

Tonights episode was pretty good... The shows are now being offered free on ABC's website according to a commercial earlier tonight. So I don't think that downloading them from other sources is gonna be a problem anymore. [;)]

Also, you guys may wanna look up the Hanso Foundation on Wikipedia as well as go to http://www.sublymonal.com/ . Its all part of the 'LOST EXPERIENCE'.

He's right though. Theres just way too much that they need to answer. It just confuses new viewers, and PO's the regulars. They just keep stacking mysteries on top of eachother, and never answer much of anything... lol...

I love LOST, but its headed right where Alias ended up. What 3 seasons or so, and then it was toast? If they play their cards right, they could stretch it and have a loyal fan base like Dallas did years ago. But in order to do that they need to learn how to write a real plot, and not just make stuff up as they go. The shock factor/ suspense ploys are getting old really fast.
