hi i know I'm a noob at this custom saber making thing but i want to know where can i find some good custom saber part if you can help i just want say thanks in advance

Asking about where you can find custom parts that are not carried in the Store is not allowed. It's considered Soliciting and is against Forum Rules.

You mean one of a kind custom parts? Like pommels, shrouds, etc.? Probably ask one of the sabersmiths. If it's a truly unique part, then it'll have to be a sort of contract for custom work. Tim does some custom stuff that works usually with the MHS parts, but you'd have to ask him directly about how much it would cost and how long it would take, etc... pictures would be helpful too to see where to direct you.
