Graflex grips tips or tricks?

Hi all, anyone have any tips for placing the grips on a graflex 3 cell hilt? I want them to be as strait and evenly spaced as possible. Thanks

You may want to double check the size of the template. I had to resize it in photoshop to get it to fit the MHS hilt right.
