Added some items back into stock yesterday one of which was the gear section. We changed this so it now has a 1.25" ID and .4" of male threads. This change was made so it can lock a speaker mount in place with it and also so it could hold a speaker/battery assembly as well. Its not going to be quite a strong as it was though so I wouldn't use it in a high stress area..that isn't to say it will easily break just don't put it near the blade holder and give it to Hercules and you should be fine.
We also added a 1.2" double female today. One side will accept speaker mount/heat sinks etc while the other side will only accept the male threads of MHS parts. This was done so it could be as short as possible while still widely functional.
