Has anyone else used a 3/4" PVC coupling for a blade holder? I am curious, (after I got my 3rd order this year!!!) I messed around with some PVC and found that the 3/4" holds a 1" Poly C tube fairly well. I was wondering what kind of luck anyone else had with it. Thanks

Yes it works perfectly...for a PVC saber! I have used them 20 or 30 times.;)

Hmm, never used one. I find that the Poly C fits good inside the 1" PVC that most of us use for PVC sabers.

Is there a homemade blade holder i can use when i am building a saber with a metal hilt?

That would be a "homemade blade holder", meaning, you'd have to make it at home;)

I've also found that the 1" PVC pipes just need a little bit of sanding before they fit snugly inside of a 1.25" sinktube. And Tim's Aluminum heatsinks fit nicely inside of the PVC, as well...
