Here is the newest brass saber off my workbench:

This saber was built using an MR Luke Skywalker ROTJ soundboard, a Seoul P4 white led, my new recessed recharge port design, and some brass sink drain pieces. Tim did the pre-powder coating machine work so the parts would fit the brass tubes, and then powder coated the v-grooved ribbed extension in Solar Flat Black. The saber is shown above using a Lee Depp Straw filter. I also tried it with a Millenium Gold:

and also a Medium Purple:

This one looks better in the pictures than it does in person....it's not very bright compared to the Deep Straw one. I like the yellow blade with the brass anyway. Here it is in dim light:

you always seem to top yourself with each successive build. From the first to the last saber I have seen you build, I have been impressed. I think the best thing is that you make designs that are good for people who are new to saber building can learn a lot from. I love all your tutorials as well. Good job man!

Thanks, swear000...I didn't post a build thread for this one as it's basically indentical to Brass Saber 5, only with the black powder coated pieces and the recessed recharge port. These ones are fun to build because they're so easy to do. I can probably build one like this in my sleep now!

I fear the awesomeness of your sleep then Jay Gon ^_^.

Really nice looking saber. Simple yet eye catching. I like everything about it except the pommel. Its simple, just not my style. Keep up the amazing work you do man.

yeah those pommels are the way the sink tube comes. It ain't pretty but it's secure. I hacked that section off of mine and will be putting an endcap on instead. It won't be as secure and I can't glue it down without inhibiting access. I'll just cross that bridge when I get to it.
