And the blades look really good - especially in the movie set lighting.

That's just fantastic Makotosai. From the trailer, it looks like the sabres play an important roll in the relationship of the characters too. The bit towards the end where the girl is just idly hitting the blades together looks like a very emotional moment.
They're not just props to look fun, but they're part of the story.
Congratulations indeed.
