I was wondering if anyone out there has used the TCSS conversion kit for the ROTJ and if there were any problems with it. Also, the plastic cover on my control box has broke and I was wondering what the easiest thing would be to fix that issue.

The kit is great. Post some pix of the box so we can see what you are talking about.

Here is what it looks like.

That is a tough one. I would fabricate a replacement for that piece from a piece of aluminum U-track. If you have no experience, this could be a little tough, but no time like the present to develop some skills!

What is u-track?

And sense TCSS doesn't have a complete kit, would I need anything beside the ROTJ conversion kit, luxeon 3 LED, lens (5 deg or 10 deg?), and lens holder?

Super Glue and baking soda and a good small file, remember the gloves!:p

Thanks! What is the difference in the 5 and 10 degree lenses?

Nominal. If you are using a thick walled blade, use a 5 degree. Thin walled blades use a 10 degree

It is the aluminum track that sliding doors "slide" in. Ask for it at Home Depot or Lowe's.
