I built this one today using a 1 1/4" chrome sink drain extension, the 1 1/4" sinktube blade holder, a 4-AA battery pack, and an MR Anakin ROTS soundboard:

And here's a little video:

And yes, it uses a bin 1 Cyan led! The blade is one of my last Dual-Core Diffusion types made with Corbin film. It has a single wrap combined with about 5 feet of Cellophane clear plastic gift wrap.

I've always liked the "frosting" you do on chrome sink tubes. Great job as always

Very Very nice. I like its simplicity but Elegance and of coarse 1 of my favorite colors for the blade.

Thanks guys! this one went together in about 6 hours....would've been less, but I had some difficulty getting the switch in the hole....I used just enough wire to allow the battery pack to slide out far enough to change the batteries, and that was it...so the battery pack was in the way and i couldn't use the usual method of a screw driver to push it up through the hole....I had to grab the plunger with a pair of needle nose liers through the switch hole!

Nice one Jay!

I love those grip sections!

Yeah, those add a little falir to it, helping to make it lok more like a lightsaber, not just a sink drain extension! I need to work on the rear grips a bit more, though. The tubing cutter was a little too tight I guess. The grooves were a little too deep for the sand paper to reach down in between them properly.
