Luxeon 3w driver V2 - Ramping?

I have been googling and looking through the forums but I don't see much information on the Luxeon 3w driver V2 other than the two reviews.

I'm specifically interested in the ramp up/down that is says it has. Anyone have any experience with the ramping? Is there possibly a video of this board's abilities out there?

Basically instead of a straight on or off think of it like an automatic volume knob turning up the voltage and current slowly but at speed till it reaches full power and current.

And to get the best use out of this effect is to use a corbin style blade.
