This is just the mount. I attach the 2AA holder using a double sided tape or a combination of double sided tape and super glue. It may help to rough up the surfaces as they are pretty slick.
In order to mount the UltraSound as shown you will need to modify it. I had to sand the solder points on the back side flat as well as bend some of the components on top in order for it to fit inside a MHS tube. Also be sure to insulate the connection points so they cannot ground out against the side of the tubes. Any modifications like this will void any UltraSound warranty. I will be offering some completely assembled units which will of course not void the warranty.
