Lookie what came in the mail today!

I just wanted to show off my latest addition to my costume. I bought these on ebay last week, and they got here today.

They are a little shorter than I would have liked, but they only cost me about $100 shipped, and they fit like they were made for me. Whoever had these before must have feet that were shaped exactly like mine. I couldn't have got a better fit if I had molds made of my feet and had them custom made. The previous owner also seems to have taken really good care of them.

After these, and my CF purchase on the weekend, I am officially cut off from spending any more money on "fun stuff", probably until the new year.:D

Iv'e seen some horse riding boots that look remarkably like those from the movies with high legs and buckles and such. Im suprised you dont see more of that sort of thing......

Thanks! I was pretty excited when I tried them on for the first time, and they fit so well. As you know, buying stuff like this online is risky. I guess I got lucky.

Now I just need to work on either getting or making a better belt. I'm torn between making my own, or getting one from Tim. I kind of like the Style 2, and that's a great price, but I like to learn to do things for myself.

No rush, I won't be needing it any time soon.
