Does anyone own one of this guy's sabers (Advanced Light Weaponry). I know that they are very stylized, but I am wondering as to their construction quality.

Quite a few members of the NY and PA Jedi do. Go on their sites and ask around there. (NY Forums are currntly down though.)

I think the end-all conclusion was that they're made as "duelable show pieces": extremely durable (and heavy), but designed for the beauty to hold up as well. Also it's been noted that the owner and associates are fine gentlemen.

That site is how I found my way here.

I was directed there from a contest at Ain't it Cool News, then from the forums there, I was directed to Ultra Sabers. Then from there I saw a mention of here.
Then I stayed put. :)

Before I joined TCSS I e-mailed him on his sabers... nice guy but... for 1 he takes forever to respond, 2 his sabers cost more than a lightsaber prop should cost (with out considering some of the work on some sabers. And they ether have MR or no sound.). Other than that Most of his hilts are master peaces!:p very durable too. I gave him a design that I wanted (I made it out of MHS parts $65.34) and it would have cost me $300+ for just a hilt and a blade without any electronics!:-?
