Hello,

I've tried to drill and tap my Anakin ROTS conversion kit to fit graflex replic thumb screw instead of having the thumb screw in the front. All of the sudden, I think I screw up the drilling or tapping. Now the graflex thumb screw can't screw in cause the hole is little too big for it. Any help?

Is the replica screw going to be your blade retention screw? If it is just for looks, JB weld it into the hole. If you need it to be functional, then you need to fill the hole with epoxy metal putty and wait for it to harden, sand and re-drill and re-tap.

Alright,

I'm having trouble experiencing with screwing in the switch box into sound board holder. The diameter of the black sound board holder may seem to be little too small to screw it in. The sound holder keeps going out of place. Does that makes sense? Any suggestions?

Not a lot. Can you post a picture of where the trouble is?

It's most likely to get shots of it.
So I might consider to dismantle the sound boards and the switch and get the speaker, batter holder, and etc and secure the whole guts inside with electrical tape.
