Question about blade

I was browsing through the blades and I know I am buying a Corbin blade just because of how it gives the affect of a center glowing core, but while looking farther i saw a bullet shaped tip for the blades.

Could I take the tip off the Corbin style blade and replace it with the bullet shaped.

And what does the bullet shaped one look like illuminated?

Yes but it wont be easy, but pretty much you just shove a dowel in the open end and pop off the tip.

As for the bullets, I don't think anybody is gonna know what they look like lit up because they just came out today

Alot of times due to the reflective surface that gets attached to the inside of the blade tip, the tips don't light up very much anyway, so it really doesn't matter if you are going with the traditional setup.

I use mirrors with a small small spot scrached off to let some light go to the tip. persionally I like more light in teh blade than the tip.

The above is true... with a setup that blocks most of the light it won't matter. When I make them myself I use a semi-transparent setup so that they light up much better.

From pictures of when Ultrasabers had them the bullet tips don't light up as well. The point grabs a lot of the light from what I saw.

They're a redesign on a version that used to be available - they're a little sharper than the older ones.

Gotta say I agree with J-Lo on this. The glowing tip is very un-saber like, plus it leaves a dark gap between blade and tip.
Also reassuring to know it wasn't just me seeing the phallic image :)
