For the saber I am building I will have a sink tube cover slide that will have sections cut out to reveal the main hilt.

Now how do I mount it in place? Just slide it on and glue or is it a tight enough fit that it won't move?

Either incorporate it into your design so that your covertec clip or switch, or both are also used to secure the sink tube, or use some of the hex head screws tim sells in the shop to tighten it down

My switch and covertec clip will hold the hilt piece in place.. and the second part is at the blade emitter.. so it might be the thumb screw that holds it in place.. I forgot about that.. XD
