Hi guys
So I’m almost finished with the outer shell of my saber just need to roll into a rube shape now (made a make shift tool for that). The only thing I’m a bit stuck with is what should I do about clamping it together, I was going to make some strips and bolt them across where the two sides meet but that would interfere with the MHS part of my saber when I put it together.
Do you guys have any ideas?

P.S Do you think I could do it useing formed rubber grip as it would look kind of cool and it will be bolted to the MHS hilt any ways?
