attaching pics

I have tried unsuccessfuly to attach a picture to my signature and also upload one to a post in concepts. It always says my pic is too large, but by the time I resize it you cant see it. Now I know I'm not the sharpest knife in the kitchen, but there has to be a way to do it that . I have been using Arkai's images in MS paint. Any help would be appreciated

Perhaps the format you are using makes the file size too big. Use a jpeg and reduce the quality to get file size down. OR use a Picture Sharing website like PhotoBucket and just cut/paste the image tag they provide. You can post larger pictures that way.
