Hi,
I have been reading the forums for months now trying to gather the info I need. Lots of good stuff here! Anyway, my question is what is the best way to get light and sound at the sametime using the SPST guard switches? I am building a led saber. I have a corbin v2 board and a MR fx board, but I would like to use a guard switch for aesthetics. I know I should be using a DPDT switch, but is there any other way or am I going to have to go to a two switch system? Thanks for any advice.

You will need a relay. 3VDC coil SPDT (single poll double throw) micro relay. Connect the relay coils to the MR LED output and wire you Corbin main power through the NO (Normally Open) contacts on the relay. Use the switch to turn on your MR board. Do a search for the relay you should be able to find them.
