Need some help with a ultrasound board

I am in the final steps of a project, And i just finished soldering up the switch on my US 1.0 board. I was moving the wiring into position for installation and felt/heard a little snap.
I checked and the little pad on the board that you solder the switch wire to came off the board.

How do you fix this?
