Big thanks to Tim for making this come out as well as it has done.

All the machining and PC'ing was spot on.

Waiting on the speakers to turn up so i can get sound in.

Utilised 2 "Joe jedi" kits, using the board, led and switches. Now running off 4 AAA instead of the normal 3 AAA. Using the standard blades aswell (nice and light).

Thats pretty cool.
I think it the first staff I've ever seen with sound too.

Nice double blade there! The PCing looks really good too. I think thats the first RGB saber staff I've seen.

that's cool.
My staff saber uses the joe jedi boards with green k2 leds, and it seperates into two single sabers by unscrewing a thumbscrew. To get it to come apart I used corbin's idea about using blade holder #1 and the 1.5" sink tube adapter. Sorry I don't have pics.

It actually went together pretty easily.

I used the internal plastic housing cut down in lengthfor the sound board and switch.

Have a pair of pommels to use when i want it as single sabers aswell.

Sound will hopefully work well. Have a 2" female section with male converters either side which will hold the speakers in with the rest of the gubbins. As pic below.

Even using the original blades it still stands at 6 foot.

I would put a mirror in the tip of them blades. it will look 10 times better.

Sweet looking saber dude, very plain, but still nice!

Bet it's good for duels...
