I have the sound circuit working and need advice for a new pvc caddy to fit the card in. I read somewhere that I need a 1.25 inch PVC piece, but all the 1.25 inch PVC I have doesn't fit in the hilt piece. I know 1.25 is the Internal Diameter, but was would be a good OD of the PVC for a MHS piece.

Thanks as always.

Sounds like you got standard 1.25" PVC... what you want is the white plastic sinktubes. They're 1.25" OD and are easier to cut.

You could sand it a bit then cut it down to size, thats what I did for mine and I still have some work to do on it cause it was bigger than 1.25.

Like Xwing said, the 1.25 PVC sink tubes are perfect for saber chassis and resonance chambers. Very easy to cut as well.

I'm currently making my guts holder from 1.25" plastic tube, I'll post some pics up later this week
