Inverter Properties

Just an observation, but I wired the inverter to an O-Scope, and found that it's frequency isn't really 4kHz... it's actually 10kHz... I might be wrong, but hey, thats what I saw in the O-Scope. Those things give a damn nasty shock too.

All I can go off of is what the manufacturer tells me. I wouldnt know where to begin if I wanted to test it.
