im finding MR sabers on ebay for like 20 bucks with like 15 shipping.......are these good canaditates to buy and harvest boards from...seeing as CFs are out?

cool can these be wired with lux k2 leds for the clash and lock, saber movements, light up etc......im still new and kinda confused

Yes the MR boards can run a K2....it just won't fully drive the led is all. That's not to say it won't be bright. I have two sabers with MR boards and K2 led's, one green and one blue, and they are pretty bright, even with them being 3/4" diameter blades.

what if i just wire MR for sound and clash effects while running K2 with the driver board from here awith 2 700ma buckpucks?

Jash, i'd go for MR at that price! grab a CF later, but $35 is great for a temporary job board!
You could always just use that in a second saber once the CF arrives!
