TCSS Powder Coating

Had powder coating done by us? Please post pics here. Be sure to list what colors and if they have clear coat or not.

Saber on left was powdercoated US Blue (no clear coat)
Grooves were machined on after powdercoating.

Saber on right was powdercoated solar flat black (no clear coat)

ok, second MHS is done. This is US Blue. It's actually darker than it looks, but the flash makes it seem lighter.

Okay, lot of PC in this picture.

Both the df slotted pieces were done in super wet black. I sent in the Obi Wan pommel for powdercoating (again super wet black). The ribbed grips were also done in the same color. Great work all around

Hey, I just had to post pics of the blade holder (18 ) and 5" double female piece that Tim did for me. I am blown away by how good this looks. He cut grooves out of the double female to resemble hilt style 2. I had them powder coated in Solar Flat Black. Thanks to everyone who helped me decide on the color and which emitter color scheme to go with. I am so thrilled with Tim's work. He was worried that the recessed grooves near the top of the bladeholder wouldn't come out right. Pshhh! He did a perfect job! Thanks Tim!

I can't wait for the ribbed extension to come back in stock. I'll get that pc'd and then get to work on cutting the overlays.
