Had custom work done by us? Post pics here to give others ideas of what we can do.

What was done:

1) Emitter style 2 had three slots cut in it, similar to the ones on emitter style 4.
2) Three style 1 claws were modified to fit directly onto the emitter, no claw mount needed.
3) Double threaded hilt style 2 had three windows cut into it.

Third (and hopefully final) version of my MHS. Plecterlabs CF v2.63, Lux3 R/O, two long-shaft tactile push-buttons (brown-activation, black-aux)

Here's the second custom emitter ... this one is short so it can be combined with Choke Style 2 and keep the length the same as the Kenobi ANH saber.

Custome machined bladeholder with powder coat.

SWEET!

[Koda Vonnor]

Blade holder and ribbed section turned down (shaved to a bit smaller diameter) to accomodate pre-existing cowls.

Blade holder reshaped slightly for visual effect inside emmiter-shroud.

NOTE: If turning down a diameter on a part that is to be powdercoated, be sure to allow 6-7 thousandths of an inch for the coating. I made that mistake and ended up with a lot more work.
