Hello,
I got two questions regarding ordering lightsaber.
1: Can I order a complete lightsaber hilt without blade or electronics, just a pure nice hilt. And what will the price come out on?
2: What would a lightsaber with blade cost?

A blade is anwhere from $29-$40

If you just order the MHS parts you want, you can create whatever style.

You need a Blade Holder, Center Piece, Pommel.

Your centerpieces can be multiple styles/pieces depending on the look you're after and the size.

If you search, you might find the renders someone did with the MHS parts, and you can use Microsoft Paint to mix and match. Let me see if I can find one of the old renders.

here, right click this and open in a new window, then save it, and open it up with Paint, then do your cut and paste to see what your saber will look like

for example,
I used the pic above and cut and pasted this:

then I ordered the parts and ordered powdercoating as well,

and I got this:

The best thing to do is go to the "New to the saber scene thread" that will give you the crash coarse to saber building ;)

Hope this helps

When you construct the hilt, you just screw the MHS tools together to a complete hilt or do you need alot of tools to make the different tools fit together?

Thinking of using a:
Pommel 3
Double Female Section 5", 4" or 3"
Ribbed Extension
Neck
Blade Holder 5

it all screws togeather.

So... it's just buying the parts and screw the entire thing together?

But what about the electronical parts if I gonna fix that on?

And the MPP Clamp as on Darth Vader, Obi Wan and Luke lightsaber... can you order it on Customsabershop? Didnt find it with all the parts

question 1.) yes, all MHS parts you buy from www.thecustomsabershop.com all screw together.. make sure you get your holes drilled for on'off button & bladeholder if needed..

question 2.) you can buy some electronics form the store.. Im not sure if everything is available there.. (as far as driver for LED & Sound board..but all LED electronics should be there)

question 3.) available at other stores and usually on ebay (king of parts is seller name I have seen posted many time)

good luck

Okey, thank you for the answers...
I made an additional saber so I can choose between the two of them.

Looks good...personally I like the first one better, the second is too long imo since you already are using an extension AND a neck but to each his/her own. And if you want to add electronics afterall TCSS has a complete electronics kit available for lighting the blade which is also available separately...but that doesnt include sound; you would need a sound card for that which TCSS doesnt sell right now [but there is a waiting list for the next run of Ultrasound on the front page] and TCSS also doesnt sell clamps like Vaders shown but the clamps previously mentioned from King Of Parts on Ebay are nice. If you are wanting to add electronics can order a switch hole machined in the hilt section in the services section and if you are using a blade you can order a set screw hole drilled and tapped in the bladeholder to secure the blade

Thanks for the information...
Thought about the second saber being too long myself... it's like 20 inches which are around 40 cm:S That's a damn Saberstaff

If you order a hilt, likethis
http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/Double-threaded-hilt-style-1-P100.aspx
then yes it has the switch hole.

if you order this
http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/7-Double-female-threaded-connector--P126.aspx
it does NOT have the hole.
