How much would a Graflex saber with crystal focus cost if you bought the parts yourself.

Malaki, that seems a lot for a Graflex?

If you're happy to have a good quality replica, you can get that new for $150. And looking on eBay at completed listings for Graflex 3 Cells (originals and replicas) most of them come in less than $100, so if you're prepared to spend a bit of time shopping around and you're able to get one of the next batch of Crystal Focus (the last 60 went about 2 hours!)...

...I would guess more in the region of $400.

Well i guess it was a bit OTT, but nothing comes cheap now a days :lol: But I've never seen a cheap Graflex :?

Yeah, if you're okay with a replica $150 is the base if you don't mind waiting for Parks.

I went vintage. At the time I spent $110 because I saw the prices climbing. Now it's certainly more for a good one. Mine is in parts now though... too many projects, too little time.

I'd say the total above though is a base. You'll end up with more based on the level of construction. If you want rechargeables, any "bling", a carriage, etc... IT ADDS UP!

I think one time I had to quote $600 something because the customer had NOTHING (blades, charger, etc) and I don't bulk buy the parts.

my very first REAL 3 cell graflex cost me 247 bucks, then a blast-tech convert kit of 30 bucks. it sits in a display case now complete as a luke ANH saber.
the 2nd real graflex i got for 126, and it had a 1 cell and 2 cell bottom included. it was converted and a EL kit from Tim installed.
then i got a couple other real ones. the 3rd cost me 97, again the convert kit, and one of Tims old style led blade holders. and a hasbro guts to make a lux with sound saber.


so yeah price varies, i seen that each time one of the movies was near to release the prices surged upwards, and inbetween, they dropped.

now that the movies are done, and its inbetween those and the new TV series starting up soon, i would get one now before the series starts, as i expect to see the prices rise again.

You won't find a Graflex in good shape on Ebay these days for cheap. Funny Ebay link BTW... that's the flash handle I bought!!!!
