Is there anyway that i could reinforce my anakin blade to make it a little stronger?

you can have custom saber shop do the conversion then purchase one of those 1/8' walled polycarbonate tubes and a clear tip, you do need to look for a defuser yourself.

this will make it many times stronger for the thinkness of the polycarbonate is doubled and aslo the hilt in now reinforced with a high grade aluminum blade holder

you could get tims blade and tip and just temporarily get corbins film until tim figures out a good difuser then get it to replace corbins film.
