Im building a mhs saber but i want to give more depth by dremmeling a sink tube and sliding it over the mhs. Will the 1-1/2" sink tube sold on tcss slide over the mhs parts? and also how do you fasten it to the mhs so it can be removed and dosnt take up space inside the hilt?

Yes, the sinktube will fit over the MHS parts.

There are slight variances, but some sinktubes might even be snug enough to stay in place by themselves. Even if you get one of those, though, it'll be best to just use some screws. I'm not sure exactly about the wall thickness of MHS parts, but if you can find a screw that will just barely make it through, you shouldn't lose any space inside.

The 1 1/2" OD sinktubes Tim sells fit the MHS fine. As far as securing it, use some small button heads or the like and file the heads down until they are flush with the inside of the hilt.

Unless you powdercoat the MHS, it should go fine.

No prizes for what's infuriating me with my current project.....
