Ask yourself what you'd like your hilt to look like, then check out the TCSS store. If you have Gimp, PhotoShop, ect. you can use "the hilt sheet" (http://ksquared.com/Lightsabers/render%20parts.bmp) and cut and paste to make your "dream hilt". Be warned though... it's addictive.

Most importantly learn how to use the search feature. I didn't post until I had spent a total of about 5 hours reading (and I didn't even scratch the surface of what's here).
