OK so I came up wit this hilt design:

Parts from left to right:
Pommel style 4
2 in. Double female connector
1/4 in. male/male connector
Hilt Style 2
MHS claw style 1
Emitter Style 7
It comes out to about 11 inches total, all using MHS parts, the only unavailable parts are the MHS claw 1 pieces, which I might omit for a different/more expensive emitter if it looks like they won't be in soon.
What I need help with is how to wire the thing, and some advice on how to disguise the switch maybe.
I'm looking at getting a k2 red off lumileds (I'd rather buy it here TBH, but I don't see a standard red in the store), and running two buck pucks to power it, I'd like to have some basic sound, but have no Idea how to go about that, I'll keep browsing but advice would be appreciated. I've heard about rechargeable ports being installed and that sounds pretty cool, but I don't see any info on how thats done, so any help there would make my day as well.
anyway thanks in advance for any help/advice, and thanks to Tim and company for creating a set of parts that I can use so easily.
