Custom Battery Pack?

Does anyone know how to make a custom battery pack? I was thinking about using all the space within a saber that has a 1 inch inside diameter. It is tight but it would have to do.

I have done a couple.
Your best bet is to buy a AAA rechargeable setup from TCSS when the store is back online in a few days. I think most of them fit into a 1" ID saber.

Would a 4 AAA battery pack fit?

If i need to take a little bit off the edges that would be fine.

I dont have much room and would like to put a lux V but if not...o...well.

4AAA Should work, Ultra uses them in his initiate sabers, and they are 1" ID.

Are you wanting to do rechargeables? If so then you might need to account for shrink wrapping thickness.

the 4.8- 4 AAA rechargable pack tim sells will fit into a 1 inch ID hole. I have one and just measured it.
