What kind of ends does the thin neck section have? Is it female/female or male/female?

In other words, do I need to order a double ended male connector to put this between my hilt and my blade holder?

I think it is Fem/Fem, but I could be wrong.

I think I just answered my own question. (X-Wing is probably gritting his teeth, but at least the answer will be here for others to see.)

I went digging around and found this photo that Corbin posted. Looks to me like it's male/female without any adapter needed.

I've been waiting for Tim to stock the grenade section, but now that the thin neck is available, I'll get one of them instead.
