CSS Gallery Hilts

[Nightwing]

Hey I noticed these two hilts in the CSS gallery section appear to use something other than the sink tube, because the hilt's thickness varies.

How was this done? It wasn't in the tutorial...

They where made using aluminum tubing and turned on the lathe

hey what size stock didyou use when these were made and what size end drill was used thanks alot
