Problem with MR Vader saber

I own a Darth vader SW-218 saber, i just got it a couple weeks ago and i have only turned it on a few times. i was showing a freind how it work when it started "powering down" every time the blade would "clash" has anyone seen this happen? i dont duel or abuse my sabers in any way and am not sure what to do? try to return it? is it possible to fix it?

maybe a loose batt pack. try makeing sure your batt is tight inside.

My MR Annakin would behave similarly sometimes when it had low batteries, so yeah, replace the batteries and make sure everything in there is nice and tight.
