Hardware saber, need input

hey all.

As i've decided to redo the protosaber, and completely start over as far as the hilt is concerned, I did a quick redo. Now i'm stuck on what color to paint the shroud. If it helps it's a royal blue lux.

The 3 colors I'm thinking for the shroud are
Black, Silver, or Bronze.

For some reason bronze always strikes me as a good colour for ancient sabers.

and as a clarification, this is not part of the protosaber.
I'm building an entirely new hilt for that.

I also think that bronze would fit that shroud perfectly, IMHO...

Since it's not the Proto saber and isn't intended to be ancient, I'd go with silver.
