View Full Version : So I gutted a Yoda FX.

Someone I know wanted just the hilt so I said why not, got the ol yoda off the shelf and got tiel's tutorial and started disasembly.
the yoda board is 13/16 x 1 1/2 inch
here is a couple pics compaired to an obi SB.

this is the shot of the din plug with clash sensor. I have to desolder the clash and solder some wires to it or just attach them to what's left of the board.

Dang, that Yoda board is tiny. Props to MR for making it so small. If only they did that with the other sabers to make them more accurate.

ya right at the end they start updating the boards. lol if you can see it or not but the one side looks alot like the US board.

For the clash sensor just unsolder it from the board and solder it to the proper pins on the bottom of the sound board and then hot glue it in place. I did that with the last Yoda sound board I used and it works great.

hey don. which spots did you solder the clash on? I have it wired up but can't get the clash to work.

If you look closely the board is marked or follow the wires from the sensor back to the board.
