Hi there,

I'm very new at the converting a lightsaber. I have the Anakin ROTS and I did everything but I can't remove the blade from the black deal the pins that hold the blade. Should I push the pins in because I still can't pull them out the three pins that hold the blade together. Once this happens can anyone tell me how to turn the blade into a removeable blade. If you have any pictures I would greatly appericate how this can be done. I haven't bought the Luxeon conversion kit but I want to get ready for it so when it does come in all I have to do is the wiring and blade. Any suggestions anyone! [:)]

Alright I got a picture of what's the problem the pins are slanted to the right side or left don't know which way I'm showing it to you. But the pins won't come out. What should I do?

You must push them through, it's not easy though. You do see the other ends on the opposite side, don't you?

I fixed your pic..

Just take a hammer and a punch or whatever and pound them out. You must push them through to the other side..you wont be able to pull them out.

alright I got the Anakin ROTS completely exposed. Now with the wiring what do I need and don't need. Should it be just like the tutorial or does anyone have a different method? Thank you all for your help I'm very happy and can't wait for this sucker to be converted.

Alright I have another picture of my Anakin ROTS taken completely apart. I have already put it all back together now I just wait for the Luxeon 3watt LED Cyan Blue light to come in the mail. What should I do for the wiring. Because I know the Clashing motion sensor is still intact with the 64 LED lights. Also I get the Idea of how the blade is removable. Do I have to turn it into a screw on? Or is it fine the way it is?

alright so which tutorial should I follow with the conversion. Should I follow with the Darth Vader wiring? Or the Anakin wiring set up? Basically what I mean is what Tim put up on the Darth Vader one with the LED Light and wiring? Or the Anakin Sticky at the very end with only 3 wires along with the motion sensor? I still want the motion sensor but does it take away power?

Thanks tim, when I do get the Anakin Conversion kit in the mail, I'll be able to finish the wiring and complete the conversion with my Anakin ROTS into a dueling Saber. When I'm done with the conversion I'll post some pictures of my Anakin ROTS Converted.
