You guys might have seen the costume i posted a couple months ago. well I lost some weight and im completing it. Anyways

On to my checklist

Jedi Holo-Projector: Not Completed
Jedi Comlink (Actual working one, thanks for the idea erv!!!): Not Completed
Jedi Food Capsules: Filled with resin but not painted yet
Boots: Not actual jedi boots but marine corp boots
Lightsaber: 2 Actually :D

Everything else is done such as the costume itself and the belt. All sewn by my mom. God I love her! All I have to do is get a bluetooth headset, take it apart and put it in the gillete razor that my mom had laying around also. I told her about the jedi comlinks and showed her a picture, immediately she got up and told me that she has 2 of them in a box. She went and took it out and i was a happy camper. Anyways, on to the food capsules. They were pretty easy to make too since my mom has an assortment of pens and pencils. Although not similar, they are very close. Anyways I got around 8 of those. Yea ill get very hungry on the journeys i go on. I filled them with resin, they dried up...YAY. on to paint but ill do that tomorow because i dont like painting at night. Holo-Projector is still lingering in my mind because i want to make it look true to life but i dont want to go way over my budget on it. Wait i dont really have a budget haha. all this will be cheap trust me. Now with the luxeon rebels out, there are more possibilities for making a true to life jedi holo projector.

Update pics to come tomorow.

Awesome, can't wait to see the pics.

I look forward to unveiling my Jedi and Sith costume on here shortly, and any ideas I can get from other peoples costumes helps a lot. Little more sewing, some dyeing, and mine should be ready.

Jedi costume update.

Not much has really changed besides the fact that I have grown.

Black lightsaber anyone? (Just testing out some stuff in photoshop)

Not bad.

I don't personally care for the look of the stitching on the edges of the belt and pouches. And your food caps look incomplete, because they are open on the bottom.

yea I know that they are incomplete but until i find any caps for them, or if i make them, they will be left alone. This was my first costume and its a mighty fine piece up close.

just look in the craft area for round button head buttons, ya know they look like a bead, but can be sewn on. use those to plug the ends up with some epoxy, then paint the beads/buttons to color.

i dont have the correct pen caps myself, but i have some that look cool, i will use anyways. just gotta get my bead/buttons to plug my ends up and paint them.

Wow pretty cool! Those food caps look awesome! Your mom is pretty handy too! Makes the costume, provides the pen caps, and the comlink razor. :) Tell her we think she's awesome!

Very nice man, I'm conning my mother into crafting me a nice set of Jedi robes, shes a hell of a seamstress. Probably will only cost me material. She in the workings of making the main chest piece, and the tabards.

Awesome stuff dude! I'd love to have an outfit like that. My boy Valeon's working on getting one together that may look a little similar. I fancy the pouch especially!
