Does anyone know where I can get some parts anodized? and not spend a fortune?
Is it possibly an option from the shop?

Look also for Platers, Metal Surface treatments etc...
My local plater will plate or anodize single pieces together with larger runs for around $20 each, but that requires that a larger customer has ordered a larger run that does exactly what I want, and it may take some time before that happens, if ever.

Well, the biggest reason I want anodized is so that I can put it in my father in laws laser engraver. But he's got a compound that bonds to metal during lasering. We've used it on stainless steel, but according to the manufacturer, it will work on bare aluminum as well.
