Tim, what is the exact outside diameter of the LEDholder. The one that fits into a 1-1/2" sink tube and holds a 1" polyC tube? I'm asking because I'm not using a sink tube as my hilt. I have someting that is very close to 1-1/2" but it's not the exact same size as the sink tube (I compaired at my local hardware store).

They are 1.455" but I can make them smaller if needed.

The size of the inside diameter on my hilts are 1-5/16". So I would need one that would fit that tube. Actually I would need two. It's a double saber, made from two 2cell Maglite flashlights. I took everything out of the tube and turned the top around, then bolted the bottom battery caps end on end. It'll look pretty flippin sweet when I'm done. I still need to add all the do-dad buttons and stuff. Let me know if you can get one made for me, and how much they would be, hopefully still less than $25. If it makes it any easier, The top end that holds the 1" blade can be flush with the entire peice, instead of having it be a smaller diameter. Also how do I post a picture. I see the insert picture button, but all that does is insert text that says " " what does that mean?

I have turned the lens assembly around like that before also, looks pretty cool. That should turn out pretty nice. Will you have enough room for blade holders above the switch assembly? Or are you not using the factory switch?

First- find, or make, a website that will put your pics up.
Second- Once you have the pics on the web come back to the forums and just click the insert picture button and type in the URL of the website with your photos.

ex- I have a personal site with yahoo geocities, I just put the pics on that and entered the URL's of my pics. Pretty simple after you get past all the hard stuff.

Tim, I will not be using the factory switchs. I have a red button on/off switch from radio shack that I'll install once I get the internal hardware.
